Thurraya Kent appointed to the Virginia Board of Veterans Services

RICHMOND, Va. — Governor Ralph Northam announced additional appointments to his Administration today to include Captain Thurraya S. Kent, USN, Ret. as a member of the Board of Veterans Services.
